New Product Design for Single Page Application for School Administration

Challenge

Ahead of an aggressive development schedule, work to design the flagship product as the framework for the next generation of single page applications for the company’s product portfolio. Incorporate complex business requirements, a yet-to-be-conceptualized user and entity management system, and user feedback in a manner that support the evolution of the product portfolio while also providing a first-of-its-kind system for state mandate, training, and certificate compliance tracking.

Outcome

Through multiple design sprints involving cross-functional teams, user collaboration, and requirements visualization techniques, we successfully developed a full set of high fidelity interface mockups which were utilized to perform user testing and clarify the development requirements.
